At Maison Aura, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and with care. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below.
Order Processing & Turnaround Time
Nairobi & Environs
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday), subject to item availability at the pickup location.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
- We are closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
- If same-day delivery is not available for a specific item, we will notify you, and delivery will occur within 24–48 hours.
Outside Nairobi (Within Kenya)
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, depending on location and courier availability.
Item Availability & Backorders
- While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.
- If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you promptly.
- In such cases, you may choose a refund, exchange, or wait for restocking, subject to availability.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery is available for orders above KES 10,000, unless a promotional discount overrides this offer.
- Maison Aura reserves the right to modify shipping offers during promotions.
Customer Pickup / Own Rider
- Customers are welcome to arrange their own rider or courier for order pickup.
- Please contact us in advance to coordinate pickup details and timing.

Customers who select Store Pickup must collect their order within 21 days of receiving notification that their order is ready for collection.
If an order is not collected within this period and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon with Maison Aura, the order will be considered abandoned and cancelled.
A 50% refund of the purchase price will be issued using the original payment method. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover storage, handling, and restocking costs.
If you require additional time, please contact us before the 21-day collection period expires. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
